Eva Pawelek is Managing Partner, responsible for the day-to-day operations at Atlas. Prior to joining the firm, Eva was Managing Director at Texas Capital Bank and led a team of frontline bankers, associates, and analysts for the Middle Market Banking practice. Prior to Texas Capital Bank, she worked at Amegy Bank in it’s Corporate Banking Group, where she covered private equity firms, lower middle market to middle market private equity acquisitions, and publicly traded companies. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Museum of Houston, on the Board of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Women’s Forum. Eva was awarded Houston Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award in 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, Graham, and husband Jordan.

Bill Byle began his career at Texas Commerce Bank (now JPM), followed by Amegy Bank, and then Texas Capital Bank. While in banking he covered corporate and investment banking. Most recently, at Texas Capital Bank, Bill was Managing Director in Syndications focusing on private equity sponsors, followed by creating a national beverage industry vertical for the bank. At Amegy Bank, Bill led a private equity initiative that invested into 40 private equity funds with 25 managers. Bill also worked full time for Faust Distributing for two years and continues to serve on their Advisory Board. After leaving Texas Capital Bank, Bill formed BIG Advisors a consulting firm focused on his historic relationships in the food and beverage industry as well as assisting banks, mezzanine funds, and private equity funds. He holds Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.

Michael Hitchcock has extensive experience in investment banking, commercial banking, and business operations. Prior to joining Atlas, he served as Senior Vice President at Crutchfield Capital and Vice President at Texas Capital Bank in Houston. Before that, he worked as an Associate in the natural resources group at ING Capital and started his career at General Electric in their Financial Management and Corporate Audit Staff training programs. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing hockey and spending time with family.
